We are currently seeking vairous levels of Designer to support our new office in Shenzhen China.
Alt+ is an award-winning design studio that is specialized in industrial design,  UI/UX design and branding communication. We are a team of international, multi-talented designers and innovators with creativity, passion, professionalism, and efficiency. Our approach includes design strategy, product planning, industrial design, interaction design, brand communication, design engineering and trending consultant services to ensure a preferred design solution. We strive to provide design-oriented products and services that increase qualities and competitiveness in a prominent way.
As an mumber in our Shenzhen team, you will be involved in everything we do. You will work alongside our team of experienced creatives throughout the whole design process from first ideation to final production.

RESPONSIBILITIES

​

• The design work covers the full process from research, concept generation, 3D modeling and specificaton to final mass prodcution.

• Understand user experience, social trending, technology, branding and markets, and translate into outstanding practical design solutions.

• Create new product designs through high proficiency using 2D/3D modeling, rendering software, sketches and prototypes.

• Contribute insights and ideas to the programs while working together with other mates.

• Capability of Project management and organization to handle multiple projects.

REQUIREMENTS

​

• Diploma or above graduates in Industrial/ Product Design or equivalent

• A minimum 2 years experience in Industrial/Product design.

• Good Skills to create and present concepts with hand-drawing sketches

• Proficient in design software is required: SolidWorks, Rhinoceros, Keyshot/Cinema 4D, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator/CorelDraw, Microsoft Office and so on.

• A self-managing, motivated and team spirit player

• Problem solver with analytical methods and independent thinking

• Great communication skills at visual and verbal.

• Fluency of spoken and written in English is MUST.

• Manarine language is preferable.

• * For Internship applicant-  minimum stay of 6 month.
